丁红卫，男，1992年7月出生，安徽淮北人，武汉大学国家网络安全学院工学博士， IEEE Member。参与国家重点研发计划项目、云南省科技厅项目和军委装发部-快速扶持项目等多项课题。

       目前主要从事人工智能、不平衡学习、数据增强、生成对抗网络和图像处理等相关领域的研究。在国内外核心期刊及会议上发表论文20余篇，其中第一作者论文15篇，包括IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics & Security（中科院一区Top，CCF A刊）、Information Processing & Management（中科院一区Top，CCF B刊）、Information Sciences（中科院一区Top，CCF B刊）、Applied Soft Computing（中科院一区Top）、IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation & Measurement（中科院二区Top）、Future Generation Computer Systems（中科院二区Top）、Neural Computing and Applications（中科院二/三区，2021/2023）、 International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing（CCF B会） 和 IEEE International Conference on Multimedia and Expo（CCF B会）等国际权威期刊及重要会议。担任IEEE TEVC、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TETCI、IEEE TII和IP&M等多个著名国际期刊审稿人。
